【Discussion】

 

I emailed Mr. B and told him that I was well aware that these were being carried out on purpose. These were intentional sabotage against my activities so I would be discouraged to teach—especially Japanese language–in Sri Lanka. In addition, I was aware Mr. B was also involved in it, too — consciously or unconsciously. I had originally requested to go to Trincomalee as the next activity place.

 

Also last March when I went back to Japan to renew my visa, I conveyed my hope to Mr. B that I would like to spend a month in India to have different experiences. All these hopes were turned down by Mr. B’s words “There is a demand for English and possibly Japanese teacher in Malawira area, so you should go there first,” which turned out to be untrue as I explained the above.

 

Moreover, he delayed my departure for three weeks, and kept me stuck and idling in Moratuwa HQ.   I emailed him to let know of these, and gave him a chance to be an honest person who admits his own responsibility. t was not a surprise that his reply was merely trying to escape from all the responsibilities of directing me at the wrong place, and put it all to Ms. N, the coordinator of Marawila District. Hence, I emailed him back that I remembered a couple of months ago when I consulted with him about the next place for my volunteer service. He himself mentioned on the phone that a friend of his, called ‘M-san,’ told him which place I should go.

 

In other word, M-san interfered with the decision-making concerning the district where I should be sent to.   M-san is a college instructor from Fukuoka woman’s University, and she regularly visits Sarvodaya for her students’ project. She was in the U.S. for a while, and looked very narcissistic person. In fact, the very first time I saw her at cafeteria, she showed “a COINTELPRO performance” to us. Mr. B always wanted to work in Japan.   In addition, the place I was sent to is a Japanese temple, and the Sri Lankan. monk there speaks fluent Japanese. The  monk even runs a Japanese school, too. Thus, it was not surprising if M-san had connection with the monk and she was also involved in sending me to such a troublesome place.

 

 

As a matter of fact, Mr. B sometimes does “a COINTELPRO performance” to me, too. The moment he does it to me, he glances at my face obviously – with a sly grin – looking for a reaction from me. His case is the one which uses “the mind-reading devices,” thus it is too subtle to prove it. Deception is the name of the game in COINTELPRO. The Shakyamuni Buddha taught that liars go to hell (Sutta-Nipata Verse 661 & Dhammapada Verse 306). Thus, they will soon – or at latest when they die –realize what kind of karma they have created for their deeds.

 

Last year I decided to work in Sri Lanka because I wanted to practice Buddhism in the country that is well-known for sincere Buddhists. Now I was reminded that the Sri Lanka in official job such as politicians and  even teachers often say good things, but never practice what they said. They don’t care telling a lie just like other people under the Anglo-Saxon’s influence don’t.

 

Buddha also taught how to discern bad friends – Those who say good things, but never practice them, or who run away when facing inconvenient situations are bad friends; thus, you should leave them, the Buddha said.

 

COINTELPRO and Sarvodaya part 3

In the first week I reported about this situation to Mr. B, Director of the International Unit. Then, he offered me another place, where he insisted “There is a demand for an English teacher there” just like he said before I came here. Who could trust such words again? Therefore, I suggested my stay here for a few more weeks to find some ways to improve the situation.

 Also I visited Malawira District Center to discuss how I could make more activities in this place. However, there was a former provincial coordinator at the office, and he said a strange thing: “Mr. B told us NOT to let you have many classes.” Anyway, I explained that time of my stay here was limited, so I would like to interact with the local people as much as possible to contribute to their education field. He agreed with my offer and promised to set up an adult class for the Sarvodaya staffs and others, and also promised to hold an origami workshop on May 17 at their center. By the way, at that time Ms. N kept talking on the phone at her office and reported to someone what we were discussing, sometimes making loud scoffs, which sounded throughout the center. When she returned to us, she also asked me to have an English lesson for her.       

It did not take more than 3 days before all they said turned out to be irresponsible lies. I actually met and invited Sarvodaya staffs in this area to my class, and Ms. N said that about 15 people would come. Thus, I made photocopies of the textbook for them and prepared the class. Nonetheless, no one showed up. Ms. N also cancelled the origami workshop on the day before for an unclear reason, too. It seems that she never organized it from the beginning.

 

  In fact, this was not the first time I encountered “sudden cancelations” after they promised to come to class. For instance, on the very first day, a school teacher invited me to visit a local school to introduce Japanese culture. However, on the morning of the very day, he and the monk came to me and said it was cancelled for an unpalusible reason. On the second week, a member of the temple came to me and told that some students wanted to come for Aikido practice, so I prepared it. Again, no one showed up without any notice. It seemed as if they were making fool of me by this. No one would believe that these were just coincident.

 

COINTELPRO and Sarvodaya part 2

Regarding the place where I am staying now, I originally requested Sarvodaya to send me to Trinchomalee area. However, Mr. B, Director of International Unit asked me to come here, Botalegama, because according to Mr. B, there was a request for an English and also Japanese teacher from Malawira District Center. Accordingly, I sacrificed my original plan and accepted their request.

 

On the contrary, however, since I arrived at Botalegama, I did not have any class until 7 days later. Moreover, the monk of the temple and Ms. N, the Marawila district coordinator even tried not to let me teach Japanese in this place.  

 

 Nonetheless, the first two classes both on English and Japanese were successful. The students were aparently enjoying studying with me. However, soon the sabotaging started and some of the students stopped coming. The harassment still continues against the remaining students.   

 

When I arrived at the temple, I saw a big sign that says “Japanese Language Institute” at the entrance of the driveway. So I exclamatory said to Ms. N: “Ah, They (the temple) have a Japanese school!” since they did not tell me about it in advance. However, Ms. N quickly denied: “No! Here, no Japanese school!” Besides, on the first Sunday when I introduced myself to the Sunday school students at the temple, I said, “I can teach Japanese, too.” Then, the monk standing beside me immediately denied:“ No! You cannot teach Japanese.”

 

It was not long before what Ms. N said turned out to be a lie. Next Saturday I happened to find that there was a Japanese class going on at the main hall of the temple. I asked the monk’s permission and joined the class. The Sri Lankan lady, who was teaching Japanese there, was a truly enthusiastic teacher, and she asked for my support while I am staying here. We agreed to have a listening practice session for their Japanese exam next Tuesday.      

 

However, on Tuesday, I was waiting for them for hours, but they did not show up without any notice. Instead, the next Saturday the teacher and some of her students came to my office room, and explained to me what had happened last Tuesday. On the morning of that day, the Sri Lankan teacher called at the temple to let us know they were on the way coming here. Nonetheless, the monk said to her, “Don’t come today” because they were having Vesak ceremony at the main hall, so there was no room for the class. His reply of this was quite weird because we could have the class in my office room, which has enough capacity. In fact the monk already knew it because I sometimes had class in my office, and the monk saw that. After all, the monk did not tell me anything about her phone call.

 

 The Sri Lankan teacher told me that she had even prepared Sri Lankan food for my lunch and about to bring it. According to the teacher, one of the students came all the way from Colombo to listen to my lecture, but she returned home without having any lessons. She said that the student was really sorry about the cancellation because she was looking forward to joining my class.

On whatever motivation the perps are committing such dirty harassment, I humbly suggest this: They could compensate for stolen things. Nonetheless, time can never be replaced once it is lost. The perps not only wasted my time but also robbed promising Sri Lankan people, who will support this country in the near future, of their precious opportunities to study.

Furthermore, the children will quickly learn from the perps’ behaviors that it is socially acceptable to steal others’ privacy, harming others’ life by using the stolen information, and lie: “No one does such a thing! It is just a coincidence or your delusion, haha.”

COINTELPRO and Sarvodaya part1

Now I am staying in a temple at Botalegama village near Nattandiya, between Negombo and Chilaw.
I have been in trouble since I came. As mentioned above, on the very first day, 1,000 rupees were missing from my wallet in my room. On the third day I lost my room key on the way to a post office, and it never returned. Since they did not have a spare key, I was locked out for 6 hours, waiting for the monk to come back. The monk “happened to find” a matching key out of the other rooms’ keys. Nonetheless, the monk did not change the room key. Later some other belongings of mine disappered from my room, too.

Finally, last weekend I found my credit card lost with the notebook when I came back from a short trip to Badulla for vesak perahera. I put the credit card in the pocket of the notebook. That book had the phone #s and addresses of all the people I met in Sri Lanka, including your phone #, contact info of “Gandhi’s Family” members from India I met last March, and so on– some of which info are not replaceable since I have no back-ups. I put my credit card in it, and both were missing, so I reported it to some people.

In fact, however, it turned out that the notebook and credit card were “returned” in my suitcase although I had searched there many times before! Besides, the missing scissors were put inside a small medicine bag in the same suitcase, which place I had searched carefully before, too. As a matter of fact, these kind of weird things often happen to me, and, this is very common tactics of “COINTELPRO” harassment. Many of the COINTELPRO techniques attempt to psychologically stress out the victim while making the victim look “paranoia.” There is a famous TV star in Japan who claimed on TV the same case as mine.

Not only with my credit card but that also happened to my Military ID when I was in the Army. Also When I was a student in college, my study notes, which listed important points for test, were often stolen right before an exam, and a couple of days after the exam was over, the notes were replaced between books and the desk in my room, where I had searched over and over again before but could not find.

Sometimes the stolen items never returned like the 1,000 rupees and the room key I lost in the current place. Anyway, now someone has my room key, so it is not really difficult to carry out such harassments to make me feel like “I should get out of this place” from my side. I think this is their aim — although I am used to it now.

By the way, when I told the monk that I “found” the credit card, he seemed to know it, grinned and said:”It’s your fault”– He never said any empathetic words like “Oh, I am happy to hear that you found it anyway.”

The most strange thing was that the monk emphasized “no existence of the spare key.” The monk insisted that no one could enter the room because “there was no spare key to the door.” However, an identical key had been stolen since May 6, and the monk also knew of it. The fact is that someone in this village should hold the key still now, therefore it will not be so difficult to carry out COINTELPRO harassment. Nevertheless, he became “defensive”in order to deny a theft or harassment from the beginning. What the monk said sounded like using “no existence of the spare key” as alibi.

As for my accommodation in Botalegama, an independent building was allocated to me, which has a bedroom, kitchen, office room and bathroom. The monk here said noboday is using this facility right now so I can use it as I like, but very soon problems occurred.

Firstly, two boys, who had been using my room before I came, constantly came in and out of the room routinely, making an excuse that they need to recharge their cell phone battery in the room or pick up their clothes they left there. They also checked every action of mine. When I went to a nearby grocery store to buy water, the boy was standing at the temple gate and watching me until I came back. Besides, one of the boys saw my luggage and boxes in the room and asked:”What’s this?” like an inspector.

Moreover, everytime I started typing something with my laptop, they immediately came into my room, sat beside me, and watched what I was typing. They did the same thing when I took shower. After I started taking a shower, the boy came into my room immediately. When I finished taking shower, he walked away. While they were doing this, they were always contacting with someone by text message on the cell phone. Somehow they seemed to be able to monitor my actions from outside – otherwise, they could not come to my room so quickly everytime I start doing something.

Secondly, when I checked my wallet, Rs. 1,000 was missing from it as I mentioned above. Since the two boys constantly came in and out of my room, I could not always lock the door. Thus, I was not sure who else might come into the room. Therefore, I did not report the case to the monk. At last these boys left the temple a week after, and at least the privacy problem ceased although some other troubles continued.

In Sri Lanka as well, there are many people who are not happy to see others’ success, and rather enjoy watching others suffering or failure. This keeps the country’s overall educational level low, which “they” are happy to see.

COINTELPRO in Lunuwila

On the way from Botalegama to Lunuwila JCT, at about 9:40 am, a corrupted cop on police pick-up truck stalked the COINTELPRO victim. Also at 10:55 am corrupted cops on police pick-up truck #HD 75-89, and at 11:15 am, by police pick-up truck #90-29 respectively.

 

May 16

At Botalegama JCT at 3:15 pm, corrupted cops on police pick-up truck and police motorcycle gathered to ambush the COINTELPRO victim. When the victim passed the intersection, they started running their vehicles as typical COINTELPRO perps universally do. On the way to Lunuwila JCT, a corrupted cop in police pick-up truck #HD 75-98 stalked me likewise three times between 3:30 – 3:50 pm.  The police pick-up truck #HD 75-98 is routinely used for COINTELPRO crimes in Lunuwila.

COINTELPRO crimes of the Yamaguchi prefectural corrupted policemen –paid by tax money:

Mar 21, 2014 at 12:06 pm near JR Chofu station: two young corrupted policemen in uniform in mini police car. The cop on the passenger seat stared at my bike. If I remember corect, six months before when I went back in Japan for 2 weeks, he stopped me on bike and checked if the bike was stolen in Shin-Shimonoseki area. This is a very classic technique of CONTELPRO in Japan. 

Apr 1, at about 11 am near the entrance of Chidorigaoka-danchi: Two middled aged corrupted policemen in mini police car showed up to stalk me.

At 5:25 pm at the intersection of the public pool’s entrance (by the glasses shop, “Megane Super”):

The same two young corrupted policemen as appeared on Mar 21 in mini police car, and seemingly a couple of corrupted secret police agents without uniform in following regular cars.  The young cop on the passenger seat stared at my bike again just as he did on Mar 21.

Apr 2 at 6:45 pm near the Sea Mall: two corrupted policemen in mini police car stalked me.

At 9:17 pm at Saigawa JCT: two corrupted policemen in police car performed a classic COINTELPRO technique “street-theater” – they sirened and caught a citizen right at the same timing as the COINTELPRO victim passing by.

 4 pm, on Route 2 near JR Chofu station, corrupted policemen in police car engaged in COINTELPRO.

Apr 5,

 1:20 am, in Shin-Shimonoseki on a short-cut to Chofu, two corrupted policemen in mini police car engaged in COINTELPRO.

Apr. 7,

At 11:11 am Shin-Yamaguchi station, COINTELPRO stalking by a fire-engine and a police car. Around noon, right before Kudamatsu exit on R2 By-pass, a police van stalked our car up to in front of Kudamatsu police station, and blocked us on the street to make a right turn into the police station.

Apr 9,

At 10:52 am, a corrupted policeman on small police motorcycle (#3202) ambushed at the crossing point of old Route 2 & JR Sanyo line near Chofu police station. He started running along the under-pass road.  He covered his nose with his hand. This gesture is commonly seen in Japanese and American COINTELPRO criminals. At 11:09 am when I reached at Youme Town shopping complex, this corrupted policeman ambushed there again, and he made a big U-turn right in front of me at the parking lot. He turned his face toward me and showed off his psychopathiclly nurd face so I would notice these encounterings were not a coincidence. This criminal technique is typicallly seen in Japanese and American COINTELPRO criminals, too.

COINTELPRO stalking by police car: 5:20 pm on old Route 2 between Chidorigaoka-danchi & Ouji Shrine, two middle-aged corrupted policemen in mini police car # 3-88. At 6:20 pm at Kajimitsu intersection, another two policemen with a little tensed face in police car #5-83. Both of these police cars are routinely used for COINTELPRO stalking. 

 

Apr. 11,

At 9:10 am, in front of JR Kokura station, when I was waiting for an express bus to Fukuoka airport, a police bus #3-47 (somehow it’s registered as in “Nagoya”) turned around me twice to make me realize they were stalking me. A couple of minutes after I got on the airport bus, other two police buses, one of which lisence # is also “Nagoya” #12-93 stalked our bus.

 

As described the above, corrupted cops mainly from Yamaguchi Prefectural Corrupted Police committed COINTELPRO crimes against me, an innocent victim of COINTELPRO. They relentlessly stalked me everyday while I was in Yamaguchi prefecture on Mar. 20, 21, and from Apr. 1 through Apr. 11 until I left Japan.

[再考] スマナサーラ長老、本当に「アメリカ人はバカ」なの?

 

2014年4月21日。二泊三日の短い出張旅行からモラトゥワに戻りバスを降りると、いつものようにCOINTELPRO perpsが何人も待伏せていた。コロンボ駅で一度トイレに行こうとしたが諦め、それからずっとトイレを我慢していたので、perpsがこちらを24時間ストーキングし、「私がトイレを我慢している」のをノゾキ見て知っているということを仄めかすために、わざわざ私が通りすがるまでスーパーKEELS付近で待ち(ここは集団ストーカーがいつも犯行に及ぶ場所である)、私がやってきたことを確認すると、まだ若い男のperpが仲間のperpに目配せし実に嬉しそうな顔でドブの側に立ち小便を始めた。

 

この小便小僧perpをの背中にとび蹴りを喰らわせたらさぞ焦るだろうなあ、などと想像しながら、こんな変態犯罪者のことは無視して、上り坂になっている裏道を数十m行くと今度はTUK TUKに乗り込んで待伏せているperps集団がいた。運転手とつるみ、こちらが近づくタイミングにあわせ突然ライトを点け、走りださせるという、世界の集団ストーカー犯罪者に共通の手口を行なっていた。集団でストーカーする変態行為をやることで己が「誰かより上」になった妄想に浸るというメンタル・マスターベーションを楽しむその姿も、アメリカでギャング・ストーキングをやって喜んでいる現代のアメリカ人大衆や、その猿真似をして喜んでいる日本人にそっくりだった。なにより滑稽なのは、これらスリランカ人、アメリカ人そして日本人の集団ストーカーらは内心で、お互いの国民を見下し、「オラたちこそ世界一優越した選民なのら」という妄想、つまりパパンチャを抱いているところだ。こういうのを日本語で「目くそ 鼻くそを笑う」と言うのではなかったろうか。とにかくこれぞまさに「民族・人種」という妄想(パパンチャ)を使った集団マインドコントロールの最たる例だ。

 

ところでスマ長老はその著書で「アメリカ人はバカですから」とのたまい、またスリランカ政府の役人や政治家にも犯罪大国のアメリカ人を忌み嫌い、危険視したり蔑んで見ている者も多い。しかしスリランカの大衆がその「バカな」アメリカ人の考案したバカで変態の極地としかいいようのない集団ストーカー(COINTELPRO)犯罪に喜んで参加しているのである。己の利益しか考えず、同じ国の無辜の民がどんな迫害をくわえられ精神を破壊され、生活を破壊されていようが、自分の地位や金もうけ、権力集めのほうが大事と考えている。そんな私利私欲につけこまれて簡単に洗脳あるいはマインドコントロールされ集団ストーカーに協力しているわけだ。陰湿な嫌がらせで罪のない市民の生活や精神を破壊し「自殺させること」が集団ストーカー犯罪の目的のひとつであるが、実際、近年スリランカの自殺者は増加傾向にあり社会問題化し始めているという。

 

「自分さえよければ他人はどうなってもいい」「むしろ他人の不幸や苦しみを見るのは楽しい」という考えにはカースト意識が働いている面もあるだろうが、そもそもスリランカのカースト制が排他性と差別心を強化することになったのはアングロサクソン民族が同地を侵略・支配した時からであり、他ならぬDivide & Conquerを使った策略によるものだ。シンハラ人やタミル人が民族や階級を越え一致団結してイギリス人に反抗するすることが決してできないよう、マインドコントロールし、人と人の間に鋭い楔を打ち込んだのだ。因果応報-それは「バカ」と言う言葉もまたおのれに返ってくることも意味するのは以前、既に書いた。スマ長老の言うように「アメリカ人」はただのバカで、「スリランカ人」はいつも賢いのだと、己の自我に都合の良い単純なイメージ(つまりパパンチャ)に安住してよいのだろうか?私もただ批判するだけでなく、何か建設的な意見具申をさせていただけるなら、僭越ながら申上げて、スマ長老も、この世紀をまたぐ歴史的な大犯罪である集団ストーカー(COINTELPRO)犯罪を「しない、させない、トボケない」ことが実行できれば、同師やその弟子のなかの真面目な者が所望している「悟り」に大きく1歩近づけることだろう。これには何も複雑なことは必要ない。仏の説いた在家五戒のうち「生命を害さない」「(他者のプライバシー情報など)与えられていないものを盗らない」そして「(“集団ストーカーなど存在しない”等の)噓をつかない」を守れば自然に集団ストーカー(COINTELPRO)犯罪を「しない、させない、トボケない」は実行できる。

 

とはいえ確かに、集団ストーカー犯罪を毎日観察していると、同犯罪をやったり、やらせたりした因果応報でこれから己も不幸になり、死ねば地獄で延々のた打ち回るだけの、ほんとうに「バカ」としか言いようの無い者がこの世には多いことは事実だろう。しかし、同じ事は一九四五年からアメリカ人による大衆まいんどこんとろーるを受け続けた日本人にも言える。経済格差が目に見えて広がり世代間で固定化されつつあるのが「楔を打ち込まれた」状態と言える。(ちなみに、これはCOINTELPRO犯罪者集団が実質的に支配しているといわれる現代における、世界的な傾向だという指摘もある。)

 

なにより戦後、宗教的なものはすべて悪であるかのように洗脳されつづけ、仏教の真髄「忘己利他」の精神すらも排斥されつつある。世界の有色人種のなかで最後まで白人の侵略者たちを手こずらせた日本人の強さの秘密は国民一人一人が、利己主義を捨て一丸となって危機に対処した民度の高さにあった。それを、3歩あるいたら過去はすべて忘れるというニワトリのように忘れ、権力者を筆頭に、己の地位財産を守ることしか頭になく、他人のために自己犠牲を払うなどとんでもないと思っている亡者であふれているのが戦後の日本ではないか。そのほうが白人たちが、日本人を経済奴隷として搾取しやすいし、間違っても日本人が一致団結して反抗しえないよう精神的な楔を打ち込んでおいたほうが支配しやすくて都合が良いからであるとも知らずに・・・。もう500年も前に白人たちの奴隷にされたスリランカ人がその愚かさを身をもって教えてくれているにもかかわらず、集団ストーカー犯罪を肯定する日本人はまるで「500年前のスリランカ人」と化する道をまっしぐらに進んでいるようである。しかも核兵器に気象兵器とアメリカ人が秘密兵器で次々に、万単位の日本人同胞を抹殺してもなお、ご主人様の白人たちを崇拝さえしている奴隷根性が抜けない者も特に中高年に多い。マインドコントロールもここまでくると、ほとんどビョーキだ。

 

要は戦後の「日本」ではこんな私利私欲しか考えられない人格の貧しいオッサン、オバ犯だけを公的なポストに就け、日本人だけでなくアジア人全体の利益になることまで考えられる人材などは徹底的に潰させることで白人支配者はDivide&Conquerを実践していることを彼らは教示してくれているということだ。そして「国家」などというのが人類の妄想(パパンチャ)の最たるものであることも教えてくれている。

 

さてバカは成功者からさえ学ばないが、賢者は失敗者からさえ学ぶという。だから、スマ長老の言うこの「バカたち」からどうしたらバカになるのを防げるか学ぶのが賢者というものではないだろうか。それにはまず現在世界に蔓延する諸悪の根源、集団ストーカー犯罪を「しない・させない・トボケない」ことを個人的に実行できるかが試金石になるだろう。裏から言えば集団ストーカー犯罪を「やり・やらせ・トボケる」者は、どれほど先進国と呼ばれ、あるいはどんな高い地位にある者だろうと、とんでもない「バカ」ということだ。

 

つまり、国籍やそのステレオタイプなどにとらわれることなく、ナニ人であれ一人一人がしっかりとして、いち人間としての倫理を醸成・維持していかなくてはならない時代に入っているのだ。この意味では、むしろ徹底した個人主義に鍛えられてきたアメリカ人に分があるだろう。日本では『反省しないアメリカ人とつきあう方法』という本が売れたそうだが、実際、アメリカ人でも柔軟な思考のできる若者や、一般に男性より思いやりが豊かな女性のなかに、「ちゃんと反省できる」謙虚で賢明な人も現れている。彼らは大衆マインドコントロールの存在に気づき、集団ストーカー(COINTELPRO)に操られることの危険性を十分認識し、これに抵抗を試みるにはどうすればよいのか真摯に学ぼうとしている。またDNAから見てもアメリカ人は「新規探索傾向」が強い人が多い。この特性が、アメリカ人をして、地球的規模の人権侵害という、まさに人類未曾有の危機に立ち向かう尖兵たらしめる可能性も否定できないだろう。一方スリランカ人の集団ストーカー犯罪者は、まるで人権概念のないアメリカ人やその奴隷の日本人、あるいはシナ人の集団ストーカー犯罪者が、被害者を同じ人間とは看做さず本気で抹殺しようとしてくるのに対し、「いちおう」敬虔な仏教国スリランカのストーカー犯罪者たちはまだ多少の人間性が残っており、被害者の私に対してもどこか手心を加えているのが見て取れる。だからもし急に「民族」という概念をきれいさっぱり捨て去ることができないのなら、とりあえずその「民族的特性」といわれているもののなかから心と身をCOINTELPRO/MK ULTRAから守るのに使えそうなものだけを使えばいいのではないだろうか。

Passara/Riversiade Rd JCT 10:47 am, A man on a motorcycle #BAN-9969 ambushed the COINTEPRO victim. He looked mind controlled, too. Around this JCT, COINTELPRO perps in Badulla routinely commit organized stalking.  

4:32pm by the gate of Sarvodaya, a middle-aged corrupted policeman drove a blue car #KS2794 to stalk the innocent victim of COINTELPRO.   This blue color sedan is often used by the corrupted perps of the Badulla district police.

1:30 pm On the way to a shop byUva univ. COINTELPRO Stalking by an ambulance, 1:36pm another ambulance #4392, and a 3-wheeler at a time

2:03pm At bus stop by Uva univ, COINTELPRO by ambulance #0446. This ambulance is routinely used for organized stalking in Badulla.   

8 pm Spring Valley Rd, near JCT with the Buddha statue, A van & 3-wheeler ambushed.

 11:30 pm — Uva wellassa university hostel, which is located very close to Sarvodaya hostel, and their hallway and Sarvodaya’s rooms face each other. Perps used “mind-reading (brain-wave detect & analysis)” device on the victim in the Sarvodaya hostel. The perps start noise harassment exactly when the victim tries to concentrate on his study in the desk and also go to sleep in the bed.

When their harassment started, the victim (I) in the bed chanted mantra “silently in mind.” However, the several perps came out of the hostel and mimicked aloud the melody of the chanting so I could hear it, and they laughed aloud. Sri Lankan COINTELPRO uses very low technology, too. About 0:00 am, they blasted a firecracker when the victim tried to sleep.

 

The COINTELPRO perps routinely gather at this Uva University hostel, and intentionally make noise to deprive the victim in Sarvodaya of sleep.

 10:20 pm when the victim (I) went to bed, noise harassment started. I went out of the room to find where the sound –loud voice and music of radio program– came from. It sounded like coming from Uva University’s hostel, but strange to say, when I was outside, the sound became subtle. When I returned to my room, it sounded loud again. Thus, the US Military weapon “Medusa” might be used for this harassment.

*集団ストーカー被害者は「第三者を巻き込むことになる」ので人とのつきあいに消極的にならざるを得ないのでは、という問題について。

— これは実際にあったことですが、私は2010年頃、2chで因果応報という仏の教えに関連して「集団ストーカー犯罪を見て見ぬフリを決め込んでいる傍観者は、将来、自分が理不尽な犯罪の被害に遭って窮地に立たされたとき、周りが見て見ぬフリして助けてくれない、という報いを受けるでしょう」と書きました。2011年、日本で3・11事件が起きたのは、それから間もなくのことでした。当時、在米中の私にもこの事件の10日ほど前だったかに一度、そして2日前にもう一度、それぞれ全く別の人物から、日本で未曾有の大災害が起きる「ほのめかし」としか考えられない「小細工」がありました。

因果応報など難しいこと考えなくとも、理不尽で残酷な危害に遭っている被害者の訴えを精神病者の妄想扱いし、助ける努力もせず無視していた者達が、いざご自分らが被害者と同じような立場に立たされたとたん不平を言うなど虫がよすぎることは子供でもわかるでしょう。ただ私の指摘がこんなに早く、こんな悲惨な形で現実となったのは至極残念ではありました。

まして私たち被害者の有志が行なっているのは、大衆がマインドコントロールに気づくきっかけをつくり、権力犯罪者の謀略や搾取、恐喝や殺害から市民を守る人道活動です。”Hidden Evil”の著者Rich氏も「集団ストーカー犯罪の事情に精通している者ほど(被害に遭っても)生存率が高い傾向にある」と指摘しています。脳波に直接干渉を受け心を操作されている疑いが濃厚な多くの人々のために、自身の生活と身の安全を犠牲にしてまで、権力犯罪者による集団ストーカー犯罪及び大衆マインドコントロールの実態を公表し続けている我々は、善人からは感謝されこそすれ、非難される筋合いは断じてありません。それでもなお非難してくる者については、何か後ろめたいことでもしているからでは、と疑いたくなります。

ただし、真実をいつ誰に、どのように伝えるかについては慎重になるのは当然のこととお察し申しあげます。私もそうであります。しかし、それは「方法論」の問題、つまり真実を公表すること自体とは別の課題であり、伝えることが困難であるからという理由で「人に真実を伝えるべきではない」との結論に至るべきではないでしょう。またいくら言を尽くしても、真実を理解する能力のない人、知る勇気を持とうとしない人、或は自分さえよければ他人はどうなってもいいという人も多いことでしょう。そのようにマインドコントロールされているのかもしれません。

しかし、それはもう当人たちの問題です。いずれ–遅くとも死ぬときには–泣いて後悔することでしょう。ナチスを生んだドイツでは戦後、自戒を込め「バカは犯罪である」という格言ができたそうですが、集団ストーカー犯罪に対する無知は、犯罪者らの噓(隠蔽)を容認し彼等が犯行を繰り返すのを容易ならしめていますから。また己の身かわいさ(利己心)から真実を知るのを恐れる態度は、人々にコインテルプロやMKウルトラの真実を否定させ、「そんなことあるわけない」と偽りを言わせる手助けになっています。若しくは真実を知っても助けの手を差し伸べず、トボケて被害者を精神病者や危険人物扱いしたり、関りを避けて無視したりするのは、もはや実行犯らが陰険、卑劣な危害を行なっておきながら「そんなことはやってない」と偽りを言うのと変わりありません。

さて仏典も聖書もイスラム経典も皆「噓をつくものは地獄に堕ちる」と教えておりますが、噓を吐き続けることで集団ストーカという凶悪卑劣かつ陰険な犯罪が可能になることを鑑みれば至極まっとうな教えだとわかります。さらに、コインテルプロやMKウルトラに端を発した権力犯罪については偽りを語り逃げる人間のほうがはるかに多い現実を観察すれば、お釈迦様が「死後、地獄などに赴くものは多い。天界などに赴くものは少ない」(『ウダーナヴァルガ』)と仰られたのも頷けます。逆に、人類の10%でもいいから、コインテルプロやMKウルトラを使った権力犯罪の仕組みを理解し、その存在をトボケずに認め、インターネットやEメールで、真実を拡散し続ければ、集団ストーカーというヒトラー、毛沢東、ポルポトらの大虐殺・虐待に勝るとも劣らぬ権力犯罪者の魔の手がこれ以上拡がるのを食い止めることができるでしょう。

ともあれ権力犯罪の被害者は、その真実をできるだけ正確かつ、わかりやすく公表し、「第三者」はそれをより多くの人に伝えた時点で、それぞれいち人間として既に人道的責任を十分すぎるほど果たしていると思いますがいかがでしょうか。
